Bill K requires a Cerficate of insurance to the church at least 7 days prior to the event - naming VPC as an additional insured and as the certificate holder. The certificate must provide for at least $1,000,000 of liability coverage. GP discussed requirement with Diana Spenman on 7/14/09. She will provide the liability insurance certificate within the specified days. Diana will be the contact person for the event.  60 rectangular tables will be set up with 2 chairs at each table. KGVY will set up their own tables with supervision by our custodian on 11/4.
Sweet Family Room will be used for Mollen Flu Clinic - 3 nurses stations & 2 privacy screens.
Spiritual Life Center will be used for speakers - handheld mic needed + LCD cart & projection screen

Fred Fox will practice on organ every Thursday (with Sharane except when handbells practice in overflow - 12/11, 1/15, 2/5/3/5, and 5/7 - April date not determined)He will mute the organ on days of handbell practice.

VPC has committed to doing lunch preparation at Crossroads Mission, Nogales AZ, on the 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of every month. Volunteers meet at the church main parking lot at 8:15 to carpool for this project. They report to the Kitchen Manager at Crossroads to help prepare lunches for the people who eat lunch at the mission. Return to VPC by 1:30 p.m.

This project is separate from the other decorations in the church that are under the supervision of Carol Blumer and Lois Smith.

Custodians will place Christmas decorations on tables in Fellowship Hall - Ladders will be needed for hanging decorations in various areas of Fellowship Hall, Overflow and Sanctuary. Climbing of ladders will be handled by custodians only.

Poinsettia signup scheduled at Information Table for 3 weeks prior to Christmas - sign up (donor) names must be turned in to Pastor's Secretary for bulletin acknowledgement after 2nd Sunday of December.

The last weekday of every month custodians will perform alarm check throughout the church.
