Fellowship Hall: Custodians to set up 2 6' tables with table cloths for refreshments as well as punch bowls, ice, platters, napkins & cups. ACS will set up and serve refreshments following concert.
Concert tickets will be available at the door. ACS will clean up all areas used following the concert.
Custodians will replace all items on chancel on Monday, March 8, and will request assistance from Buildings & Grounds Committee.
