Beth Ann to order food: cheese, crackers, dried fruit, grapes, mints, white grape juiice, sprite (or 7up), Apricot Nectar (small amount), coffee (no punch bowl - will serve from pitchers). Cocktail napkins & small paper plates for 500 + 250 coffee cups + punch/water cups for 300 (+ stirrers, creamers, sugars).
NOTE: FOOD NOT EATEN MAY BE SERVED DURING FELLOWSHIP ON FOLLOWING DAY.
